Iskander Pols

Hi, I’m Iskander. I’m an engineer and entrepreneur based near Lake Geneva Lake Léman. I’ve spent most of my career building products and companies, with a detour running two restaurants in Nice.

I co-founded Paper.li, which grew to over a million users. Later, I set up and led DemandScience’s innovation lab, working with teams to put AI to practical use. Most recently, I built iKo, an AI coach for managers.

I also help companies figure out what’s worth doing with AI, whether that means building a new product or finding a better way to work.
